He is survived by: his wife Alannia "Pepper" Mayes; his daughters, Janice Conner (Andy), Jessica Mayes Kessel (Ron), Hannah Mayes and Suzanne Mayes (Leia); his grandchildren, Logan Conner, Caleb Conner, Levi McKenzie, Lanie Kessel and Julie Kessel; his great grandchild Will; his siblings, Judy Perry, Earl Jr., Larry, Kenneth, Timmy, Wayne and Randy Mayes; his mother-in-law Betty Smith; and his aunt Wilma Hagley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
