He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert W. Maxwell and Eva M. Spencer Maxwell; his wife Patty Bush Maxwell; and his siblings, Janice Martin, Albert Maxwell and Fred Maxwell.
He is survived by: his children, Randall A. "Randy" Maxwell of Glenville and Melodie A. "Missy" Rector (David) of Parkersburg, WV.; his grandsons, Randall A. Maxwell II (Jenine) of Raleigh, NC, Jason Maxwell of Glenville, WV and David E. Rector II (Lindsay) of Parkersburg; and his great grandchildren, Quincy, Gia, Layla, Angelina, Chase, Ryan, Jayden, Rheagan, Hunter and Cutler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
