With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan C. Williams of Glenville, West Virginia, born in Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, June A. Skinner and Viona Groves Skinner; and her brother Danny Skinner. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Williams of Glenville and Ashley Williams Cline of Steubenville, OH; her grandchildren, Logan and Emily Cline of Steubenville; her husband Ronnie Williams; her stepdaughter Rhonda Hess of Glenville; her brothers, Doug Skinner (Debbie) of Baldwin and David Skinner (Alice) of Bridgeport, WV; and her pet Jasper. She is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren, 5 step great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
