It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Mae Carson (Glenville, West Virginia), born in Gilmer, West Virginia, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oda Collins and Eva Casto Collins; her son Gary Carson; and her siblings, Betty Baker, Cecil Collins, Clifford Collins, Nora Tomblin, Guy Collins, Gabe Collins, Ruth Tomblin and Lewis Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Ray Carson; her children, Barbara Cayton (Tom) of Burnsville, WV, Jimmy Carson of Heaters, WV, Sharon Brooks of Orlando, WV, Charles Carson (Connie) of Aldie, VA and Cathy Bosley (Rondle) of Burnsville, WV; her grandsons, Brian Cayton of Vienna, WV, Kevin Cayton (Amanda) of Fairmont, WV and Jeremy Carson of Heaters, WV; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Aubree Cayton, Faith Offutt and Chub Ratliff of Glenville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to WV Caring (Hospice), P.O. Box 323, Burnsville, WV 26335 in honor of Ruby.
