She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Garrett and Daisey Snyder Garrett; her husband Clark C. "Champ" Coberly; her son Gary; and her siblings, Ernest Garrett, Earl Garrett, Harold Sam Garrett, Fred "Bill" Garrett, Taylor Garrett, Ethel Barker, Eulah Barker and Muriel Currey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the West Virginia Caring Hospice in honor of Ruby.
