She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Riffle and Lillie Ables Riffle; her husband Willard L. Hitt; and her siblings, Harry Riffle, Nellie Puffenbarger, Lillie Posey, James Puffenbarger, Vera Riffle and Ella Posey.
She is survived by: her close friend Vada Conrad; her great-nephew Jerry Posey (Judy Steele) of Linn, WV; and her pets, Bonnie and Clyde. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
