She was predeceased by: her father James Nelson Smith; her former husband Stanley Mazzagotte; her son Joshua Frye; and her aunt Caroline Cusick. She is survived by: her mother Maxine Smith; her son Anthony Frye; her sister Susan Vrba; her brother-in-law John Vrba of Locust Grove, VA.; and her husband Stan.
Because of COVID restrictions there will be no local funeral.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The American Diabetes Association.
