He is survived by: his children, Shasta Jenkins-Cottrell of Clay Co, Angelica Jenkins-Cottrell of Clay Co and Paul Allen "Noah" Jenkins Jr. (Katlyn) of Glenville; his sister Amanda Jenkins of Troy, WV.; his grandchildren, Lilly Cottrell, Oliva White, Brody, McKenna Bass, Noah and Brandon Walkup; and his nephews, Cody Jenkins and Anthony Kyser.
