With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mabel Lisette Talbott of Glenville, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2024 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wellings and Lisette Wellings (Cole); her husband Charles Edward "Ed" Talbott; and her siblings, Lucile Wellings, Fonda Simmons and William F. Wellings.

She is survived by: her daughter Debra Cunningham (Fred) of Glenville; her grandchildren, Chad (Dustin Cunningham) and Gabium Cunningham; and her brother Charles Wellings Jr. (Barbara) of West Union, WV.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. (2 Vanhorn Dr, Glenville, WV 26351). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Glenville Health and Rehab Center (111 Fairground Rd, Glenville, WV 26351).

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Point Pleasant Baptist Church, c/o Phyllis Ruppert, 82 Fallen Timber Road, Troy, WV; 26443 in honor of Mabel.
