She is survived by: her children, Loretta Smith of Glenville, WV, Leeann Miller (Josh) of Mt Zion, WV and Brian Smith of Five Forks, WV; her grandchildren, Erin Stevens, Jr., Ashley Stevens, Miranda Meadors, Cierra Miller, Thor Miller and Natalie Miller; her great grandchild Luca Stevens; and her brother Lee Crites. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
