He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Lyne Serrazza (James) of The Woodlands, TX and Lorinda Sue Payne (Joe) of Hoover, AL; his sisters, Anita Cayton, Margaret Neely of DeLeon Springs, FL, Judy Steele of Glenville, WV and Kay Chidester of Clarksburg, WV.; and his grandchildren, Joshua Jones, Joe Max Payne Jr., Ashley Cayton, Jordan Cayton and Nicholas Sperrazza. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins.
