She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Doan and Minnie Doan; her children, Barbara Kennedy, Billy Kennedy, Linda Kennedy Varady (Ken Varady) and Mark Kennedy (Heather Kennedy); her grandchildren, Adam Kennedy (Marjie), Alan Kennedy, Amanda Kennedy Bruner (Thomas), Jenna Varady Gerber (Scott), Kendra Varady Cook (Jordan), Kenny Varady Nichole Varady (Isabella), Ashley Kennedy Pokorney (Ben), Katlyn Kennedy, Brandon Kennedy, Madison Kennedys and David Oldfield; and her sister Louise Doan Hollingsworth.

She died from advanced dementia occupied by comfort care after a diagnosis of COVID.
