She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Reed and Goldie Butler Reed; her spouse Murl Junior Smarr; her former husband Robert Lee Smith; her son Gary Smarr; her granddaughter Lacy Smarr; and her siblings, Howard, Cecil Reed, Everett Reed and Goldie Mae Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Donna L. Fox (John) of Glenville, Brandi Williams of Longview, TX, John Smarr (Katina) of Dusk Camp, Lisa D. Smarr of Parkersburg and William Smarr of Glenville; her stepdaughter Melissa Francis (Shawn) of Barberton, OH; her daughter-in-law Lisa K. Smarr of Glenville; and her siblings, Linda Osbourne (Dennett) of Auburn, Christina Dorsey (Danny) of Longview, TX, Barbara Hornsby (Ray) of Auburn and Robert Reed (Nancy) of Auburn. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren, with 2 great-grandsons and 1 great great-grandson on the way, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
In accordance with the mandates set forth by the State of West Virginia, masks or some kind of facial covering must be worn inside the mortuary establishment and social distancing must be observed.
