He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack V. Stalnaker and Ann L. Stalnaker (Carpenter). He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Stalnaker (Rhodes); his daughters, Gretchen Carter (Matt) of Tanner, WV and Abigail Stalnaker of Glenville; his grandsons, Colin Carter of Tanner and Matthew Carter Jr. of Phoenix, AZ; and his sister Sue Ann Charles of Glenville. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
