He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Dobbins and Eva Opal Dobbins. He is survived by: his children, Shane Dale and Nickie Lynn; his spouse Tim; his siblings, Michael, Randy Dobbins, Mona Sue Dobbins, Linda Fisher Brannon (John) of Glenville and Donna Ellyson (Steve) of Berkeley Springs, WV.; and his niece Anita. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
