He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kelly and Macel Barnett Kelly; his son Dana Paul Persinger; his grandsons, Craig, Jacob and Nathan Persinger; his brothers, Roger, Delmer Kelly and Donnie Riggs; and his great grandchild Allie Hickman.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Kelly (Jann) of Belpre, OH, Jerry, Charles Persinger of Orlando, WV and James Persinger of Belleville, WV; and his sisters, Diana Lewis and Lorraine Robinson (Willie) of Parkersburg, WV.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
