"Chuck" Self (Laura) of Dusk Camp; his siblings, Kathleen Thompson of Lumberport, WV and Danny Self (Wanda) of Dusk Camp; and his grandsons, Chuckie, Wesley Self, Matthew and Jason Montgomery.
