He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert "Ray" White and Floda White (Hart); and his siblings, Treva Berry, Kenneth White, Willadene Moyers and June Shaffer.

He is survived by : his wife Geraldine "Gerry" White (Shields); his children, Nelson White (Tina) of Perkins, WV and Angie Conrad (Jason) of Mechanicsville, VA; his grandchildren, Elania Rhoades (Kevin) of Glenville, WV, Jonathon Conrad (Gerrie) of Sandston, VA, Ashlee Wayne (Bruce) of Chapel, WV, McKinzie White of Morgantown, WV, TJ Conrad of Mechanicsville, VA, Breanna White of Perkins, WV and Rayanna White of Perkins, WV; his great grandchildren, Kacey and Layla Wayne of Chapel, WV.; and his siblings, Fay Marks, Kay Henline (Doug), Nina Stump, Marjorie Bourne, Connie Gainer (Gary), Joyce Fisher (Larry) and Dana White (Caren). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. (2 Vanhorn Dr, Glenville, WV 26351). A burial was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the Wings of Hope, 327 Medical Park Drive, Bridgeport, WV 26330 in honor of Austin.
