He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Billips and Hazel McKnight Billips; and his sister Betty Jo Billips. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Kay Bash (Freddie) of Glenville, Linda Yapundich (Robert) of Hickory, NC and Alan Billips (Debbie) of Jeffersonville, KY; his grandchildren, Rachel Harper (Sam), Morgan, Kayee and Nick Yapundich; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Madelyn Harper, James and Luke Wagers.
