He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Browning and Ethel Browning; and his siblings, Robert, Barbara Meadows and Ina Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his son Those; his wife Mildred Browning; his sons, Stanley Ray of Bradley, WV, Kevin Lee (Melissa) of Newport, TN and Bryan Keith (Betty) of Crab Orchard, WV.; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Kari Forren, Joshua, Kevin Jr. and Ryan Ann Knop. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Bowers Hospice House of Beckley West Virginia in lieu of flowers.
