He was predeceased by: his stepfather Charles Comer; and his sister Ella Anne Buckner. He is survived by: his wife Vernie Jane Perry; his sons, Scott Perry (Sandra) and Timothy Perry (Shannon); his stepchildren, Cierra Cromer, Sandra Reed (Gary Bailey), Mickey Cromer (Dona Walker), Robert Cromer (Teresa) and Tim Cromer; and his siblings, Bobby Perry, Haymond Wayne Perry (Kathy), Freda Runyon (Frank), Jessie Perry, Harry Buckner, Homer Buckner and Lora Persinger.
