He is survived by: his children, Dan Clevenger, Russ Clevenger (Shelly), Owen Clevenger, Deborah Collins and Jim Phares, III; the mother of his children Kay Clevenger; and his close friend Brenda Carver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends.
