He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Gene Jarrell and Eunice Ruth Jarrell of Dry Creek, WV.; his wife Freda Mae Jarrell; his children, Robert "Robby" Carl Jarrell and Robin Dawn Jarrell (James Scott Lemon); and his grandsons, Logan Carl Jarrell and Luke Robert Jarrell.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a private graveside service will be held for the immediate family at 2pm on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at the Jarrell Family Cemetery in Dameron with Pastor Melvin Wills officiating.
