She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Salmons and Brookie Marcum Salmons; her husband James; and her sons, James "Kendall" and Anthony Ray "Tony" Toler.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Sadzewicz (James) of Glen Daniel, WV; her daughter-in-law Brenda Toler of Rittman, OH; her grandchildren, Amy Prado (Marcel), Stephen Sadzewicz (Mariann), Leah "Nikki" Toler, Casee Gibson (Randy), Kierston Toler, Brady Sutler and Madeline Sutler; her great grandchildren, Ian Gaugler, Colby Sadzewicz (Wendi), Brooke Sadzewicz, Izaiah Gaugler, George Gibson, Holly Gibson and A'Nylah Toler; her great great grandchildren, Aria, Elijah and Maeve Gaugler; and her sisters, Flossy Perry and Sheila Farnsworth. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
