He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Meadows and Mildred Meadows; his grandparents, Elvin and Pluma Meadows; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Beulah Birchfield; his sister Patricia Vaughn; and his nephew Jason Woolwine.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Michelle Daniel (Craig) of Glen Daniel, Wayne Meadows of Glen Daniel and Brian Meadows (Carrie) of Masontown; his grandchildren, Sarah Daniel, Rebecca Daniel, Rachel Daniel and Isaiah Meadows; and his brother Robert Harford of Beckley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
