She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenner Smith and Sylvia Smith; her husband James "Pete" Bailey; her brothers, Jake Smith and Everette Smith; her half-brother Eugene Smith; and her sister Ella Mae Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Smith of Glen Daniel, Tina Fraley (Dany) of Daniels, Denny McMillion of Shady Spring, Kenny McMillion (Sherry) of Daniels and Anita Cox of Abingdon, VA.; her grandchildren, T. J. Adkins, Bret Adkins, Holly Adkins, Megan Hilland, Justin Smith, Ricki Watkins, Olivia Smith, Sarah Smith, Leslie McMillion, Stacie McMillion, Danielle McMillion, Grace Sorah, Taylor Cox, Abbie Cox, Madison Cox, Henry K. Cox and Charles J. Cox; her brother Larry Smith; her half-sister Hazel Tilley; and her friends, Roger McMillion, Randall McMillion, Dean McMillion and David McMillion.
