He was predeceased by: his father John "Tony" Greathouse. He is survived by: his mother Carol Blevins Greathouse of Shady Spring; his wife Susan Honaker Greathouse; his children, Lily Beth and Andrew Lee of Glen Daniel; his siblings, Shawn (Tiffany) of Oceana and Jennifer (Tony) of Shady Spring; his in-laws, Larry and Leona Honaker of Glen Daniel; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Honaker (Spring) of Glen Daniel and Roger Honaker (Jennifer) of Spotsylvania, VA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Beckley Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801).
