He was predeceased by: his wife Roxana Wheatley Combs; his father Lawrence Combs; and his parents-in-law, Herman and Hedra Wheatley. He is survived by: his sons, Cory Alan Combs of Glen Daniel and Colby Wayne Combs of Beckley; his mother Daisy Combs; his stepfather Danny Scott of Rock Creek; and his brothers, Sean Combs (Nancy) of Winston Salem, Lawrence Combs "Boogie" of Covington Ga and Shelby John Combs (Jessica) of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and one great niece.
