He is survived by: his wife Emeline Manning (Schwartz) of Glen Dale; and his stepchildren, Linda Day of Glen Dale, Tammylynn Vargo (Ray) of Glen Dale, Ricky Day and Vicky Holmes of Moundsville, WV. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
