He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Schoene and Angela Schoene; and also Angela Schoene. He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Schoene; his sister Norma Jean Henderson; his children, Larry L. Schoene (Monika) of Jacksonville, Richard J. Schoene II (Robin) of Glen Dale, Michael Schoene of Cameron and Dr. Elizabeth S. Roberson (Walter) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Christopher Schoene (Alishah), Heather Lobacz (Glen) and Emily Selman (Cliff). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.
His hard work and dedication were greatly admired by his colleagues and he took pride in his contributions to the industry.
