With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Charles Hazlett of Glen Dale, West Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Hazlett and Florence Irene Hazlett (Stackpole). He is survived by: his sister Loretta Wallace (Craig Guenther) of Hamilton, OH; his children, Ethan Hazlett (Jamie) and Jenny Blake (Jarett); his grandson Landry Blake; and his pet Scruffy.
