She is survived by: her husband Terriol "Terry" "Scratch" Smith of Glen Dale, WV; her sister Sondra Rohrer of Moundsville; her children, Teresa Bland (William "Tom") of Wheeling, WV and William "Bill" Richard (April) of Bradenton, FL; and her grandchildren, William Richard of Bradenton, FL, David of Bradenton, FL, Zephaniah Richard of Bradenton, FL, Zoey Biehl of Bradenton, FL and Tyler Bland of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many extended family.
