Jamar Howard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2020, at the age of 79, Jamar Howard of Glen Dale, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stewart and Julia Stewart; her husband William "Bill" Howard; her daughter Roxanna Howard; and her brother Bruce Stewart.
She is survived by: her son Bobby Howard; her sister Betsy Cox (Kenny); and her sister-in-law Peggy Ray (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
