We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2020, at the age of 73, Frank David Fullerton (Glen Dale, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dameron and Bertha L. Fullerton (Wetzel). He is survived by: his wife Penny Fullerton (Meyers); his sons, Jason Fullerton (Rachel McLaughlin) of Wheeling, WV and Chad Fullerton (Nicole) of Wheeling, WV; his brother Craig Fullerton (Connie) of Moundsville; his brother-in-law Neil Meyers (Debbie) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Jayden and Cameron Fullerton; and his nieces, Courtney, Danielle and Wendy.
