She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Graeb and Elsie Graeb (Laippel); her husband Jack S. Huggins, Sr.; her daughter Christine Huggins Lovelace; and her brother Frederick Graeb.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Huggins Jr. (Terry) of Proctor, WV and Sue Ann Ballard (Pat) of Dallas, TX; and her grandchildren, David Lovelace (Mary), Emily Hamilton, Katelyn Rans (Anthony), Lauren Deel (Matt) of Moundsville, Blake Huggins of Moundsville and Kelsey Huggins of Moundsville. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
