He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest "Ernie" V. Scarbin Sr. and Margret Scarbin (Tatich); and his former wife Debbie Scarbin (Hunley). He is survived by: his wife Bridget Scarbin (Walsh) of Glen Dale; his daughters, Aimee Neely (Jay) of Moundsville and Jessica Britt (Ken) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his brother Ted Scarbin (Beth) of Moundsville; his grandchildren, Julianna, Felicity, Laura and Caroline Britt of Indianapolis; his children, Cullin, Caleb and Ethan Neely of Moundsville; his niece Courtney Scarbin; his nephew Zachary Scarbin (Kim); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac, Paige and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Francis Xavier Church.
