He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Goddard and Jeanne Elizabeth Goddard (Seal). He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Zuk (Cody) of Wheeling, Jennifer Goddard and Kaitlin Goddard; his sister Nancy Carol Wellman (Rusty) of Moundsville; and his grandchildren, Emerie Lynn Hess and Jett Thomas Zuk.
