She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal D. Hefner and Paul D. Hefner; her daughters, Ruth Ann McCulley and Susan Lynn Carmichael; her sister Rosemary; her siblings-in-law, James Kirschner and Jean Hefner; her niece Constance Hefner; her sister-in-law Norma Berisford; and her sister Rosie.
She is survived by: her friend Heroes; her son Robert Lee "Hoagy"; her daughter-in-law Amy Lynn Carmichael; her grandchild Hoagy Robert Carmichael (Bridget); her great grandchildren, Rylee and Mason of Wind Ridge, PA; her granddaughter Charity Mae Carmichael; her great grandchildren, Azalea and Everett of Wind Ridge, PA; her daughter Charity; her brother Thomas Hefner of Maryland; and also Courtney Alyson McCulley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
