He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bess and Jean Bess. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wilkinson Bess; his sons, Timothy R. Bess Jr. (Stephanie) and Matthew Bess (Nicole); his grandchildren, Andrea Bess, Aubriana Bess, Alaya Bess, Bailey Bess and Brooklynn Bess; his brothers, Greg Bess (Alana) and Kenny Bess; and his pet Capone Bess. He is also survived by his brother and sister in laws, several nieces and nephews.
