She was predeceased by: her husband Fred D. Nichols; her parents, Rev Waid Sr. Kidd and Susie Kidd; and her siblings, Louise Proctor and Harold Kidd.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Staples (Ted) of Pinch, WV and Donny Nichols (Dee) of Fincastle, VA; her grandson John Staples of Pinch, WV; her siblings, Elizabeth Landers (Fred) of Glasgow, Alice Maxwell (Bill) and Waid Kidd Jr.; and her caregivers, Rose Moles, Loretta Moore, Shila Pettry, Sandy Minor and Sue.
