She is survived by: her children, Michael Dee Payne (Kim) of Scott Depot and Susan Smith of Hurricane; her siblings, Connie Harless of Chesapeake and Roger Green (Nina) of St. Albans; her grandchildren, Joah of Scott Depot, Abigail Payne of Scott Depot, Jeff Smith (Stephanie) and Megan Browning (Michael) of Oregon; her great grandchildren, Ella, Fern, Wyatt and Cordelia; and her uncle James. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
