He is survived by: his friend Jeff; his brother Sam; his sibling-in-law Arnie Green; his wife Martha of Charlotte, NC; his sister Becky (Dick Miller) of Cincinnati, OH; his nieces, Mindy Miller (Neil Myers) of Tampa, FL and Stacey (Ryan Beckelhymer); his great-nephew Lyla Beckelhymer of Cincinnati, OH; his brother Arnold Green (Kim) of Belpre, OH; and also Kathy Smith of Belle, WV..
