She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Bailey; her parents, Goldie Ratliff and Bryant Ratliff; and her sister Connie March. She is survived by: her sister Janice Kirby; and her children, Rod Canterbury (Kay) and Judy Delaney (Bobby). She is also survived by 4 Grandsons, 11 Great grandchildren and 11 Great-great grandchildren.

“Rod & Kay & your Family, I’m not able to attend the memorial for your mother but want you to know how very much I loved her. She was a gracious & interesting lady who lived her life with dignity & purpose A force to be reckoned with. She felt compassion for others & made you feel valued. We are sending a memorial gift in her name to Aldersgate UM Church which is where I first met her. David & Betty Kirby”
