He is survived by: his parent Ella Davis Strawder; his children, Elwood Lynn Hebb and Allician Hebb; and his siblings, Delbert Strawder of Ohio, Marvin Strawder of Glady, Sandford Strawder of New Jersey, Mae Phares, Reitha Rhodes, Dana Plum of Elkins, Linda Carr of Parsons and Darlene Gillespie of Pennsylvania.
