He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Edward and Ruby Dowdy Hubbard of Glace, WV.; and his siblings, Lucille McDowell, Ruth McCarty and Marty Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hubbard; his children, Greg Hubbard (Carla), Rod Hubbard (Dinah), Jeff Hubbard (Tammy), Jason Hubbard (Courtney) and Bobbi Hubbard; his grandchildren, Kelton Hubbard, Corianna Spinks, Jordan, Nathan Hubbard, Zachary Hubbard, Cherie, Gabriella Hubbard, Dillon Hubbard, Natalie Elmore, Matt, Arabella Hubbard, Rylee Hubbard, Layne Hubbard, Joselyn Hubbard and Journie Painter; and his siblings, Carol Hoke, Tony Jr. and Ralph Hubbard. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
