He is survived by: his pet Sassy; his wife Barbara Jean Nolan Grogg; his son Mark Grogg (Tyra) of Philippi, WV; and his siblings, Peg Wade of Glenville, Deloris Davis of Parkersburg, WV, Connie Cogar of Parkersburg, WV, Katheryn Phillips of Parkersburg, WV and Billy Grogg of Glenville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sister-in-laws.
In accordance with the mandates set forth by the State of West Virginia, masks or some kind of facial covering must be worn inside the mortuary establishment and social distancing must be observed.
