He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lottie Whipkey and Isaac Whipkey of White Pine; his siblings, Raymond, Grey and Yvonne Beck; his wife Harriet; his daughters, Mandy, Charlotte, Donna (Mike Morningstar) and M'Linda (Jeff Christian); his grandchildren, Dana, Josh and Eli; and his great grandchildren, Catlin, Dylan, Austin, Athena, Kaiden Dane and Isaac.

In lieu of flowers, Dane and his family would appreciate a donation in his name to your local animal shelter.

“Although I didn’t know Dane, I’d like to offer my deepest sympathy to all of his family. I came across his obituary in searching on my son’s name. My son, Isaac David Whipkey, is named after Dane’s father, Isaac, who was my husband’s great uncle. (My husband David’s grandfather was Kenneth Whipkey.)
