He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Junior and Bernice Mae Childers Moyers; and his granddaughter Ella Grace Moyers. He is survived by: his sons, Victor Shaun Moyers (Vanessa) of Kingwood, WV, Keith Moyers (Nicole) of Tanner, WV, Chris Moyers of Glenville, WV and Doug Moyers (Ciara) of Cedarville, WV; his grandchildren, Laynie, Kaelynn, Garrett, Holly, Margaret Moyers, Arielle Rose (Anthony), John, Daniel and Rebekah Baker; and his siblings, Kevin "Joe" Moyers (Ann) of Cedarville and Katherine Hark (David) of Cedarville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
