She was predeceased by: her parents, Izetta Collins (Hatfield) and Douglas Collins; and her sister Pam Nagle. She is survived by: her brothers, Douglas Collins (Robin) of Kermit, WV, Dennis Collins (Julie) of Browning Fork and Shane "Sheldon" Collins of Gilbert, WV; and her friend Wanda Lester of Gilbert, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
