She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Cline (Hatfield) and Raymond Cline; her husband Robert "Bob" Owens; her daughter Glenetta "Sissy" Owens; and her close friend Jimmy "Big Jim" Hatfield.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Owens (Jason Dickerson) of Lorado, WV and William David Owens (Dana) of Baisden, WV; her grandchildren, Jerome Owens (Chelsea) of Ripley, WV, Daniel Owens of Winfield, WV and Taylor Owens of Baisden, WV; her great grandchildren, Dawson Owens of Ripley, WV and Ella Davis of Ripley, WV; her siblings, Jerry Cline (Glenda) of Baisden, WV and Brenda Hutzler (Charles) of Kingston, TN; and her caregivers, Betty Ellis, Traci Belcher and Shawn "The Mailman" Sansom. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other dear relatives and friends.
